Just Thinking…

A looking back and a looking forward. Firstly, thank-you to all who, either through your prayers or through your contributions, helped shape our sharing service last Sunday. A number of people commented to me afterwards saying they were so encouraged by what was shared, and equally delighted by the number of different voices that were heard. I believe that the Holy Spirit spoke through that time, and in a few weeks, the church leadership will come back to you with their sense of how God has spoken to us. Please keep praying for our church through this process.

Looking forward, we are about to embark on a sermon series through the book of Exodus, so I encourage you to begin to read through this pivotal book. This is the book that, to a large extent, gives us the framework and the language by which we understand our Great Rescuer and his great rescue of his people.

In Him, Murray

This Sunday: Exodus: An Introduction

Exodus is a defining book for Christians. It gives us the language and framework by which, even now, we can understand and relate to God. We begin a journey through this book this Sunday (it won't take 40 years!)
